I am a healer with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling who focuses on present life trauma and wounded patterns, which form a roadmap to deeper life-to-life, soul-level lessons and themes. My clients are intuitive, sensitive helpers who struggle with anxiety, feel blocked, and share the same deeper themes: struggles with voice, empowerment, worth, safety, trust in self/others/life, being fully seen and heard in the world, and being allowed to honor their gifts and share their light. I utilize trauma training, shamanic/soul parts healing, past life work, mediumship, Reiki/chakra work, and other modalities to help heal soul trauma.
