I believe we desire and deserve to live lives full of connection, purpose, fulfillment and love. This means feeling worthy from within and engaging in healthy, supportive relationships. Our self-doubt, critical voice, feeling not good enough and unhealthy relationships all get in the way of achieving this. I feel many of our current struggles are rooted in childhood stemming from our early attachments and the roles we have fallen into. To heal from within involves not only becoming aware of our unconscious attachment patterns but also courageously facing underlying emotions uncovered via the safe, vital therapeutic relationship.
