As a multicultural and passionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), I provide therapy in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. My mission is to walk beside you on your journey toward self-awareness, balance, and growth. I have extensive experience that supports my ability to provide effective intervention when working with family dynamics, relationship issues, complex trauma history, personality functioning related problems and other problems in living. My initial therapy session is typically an introductory meeting where the therapist and client get to know each other and begin building rapport. The therapist gathers background information about the client’s concerns, history, and goals, while explaining how therapy works, including confidentiality and session structure.
