Great to meet you! I'm a licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing for the last decade. I have vast experience working with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, panic disorder, trauma, TBI, relationship and marital problems, and more. My main goal is to improve my client's life style, wellbeing, and self-confidence. What you can expect from our first session Growth, awareness, increased self-esteem and sense of self-worth. For those suffering from panic and anxiety disorders I help teach them breathing exercises and work on mindfulness technique to combat their phobias, fears, or anxiety.
