I am a NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in treating clients who suffer from anxiety and depression, primarily brought on by daily life events. Many people just need someone to listen to them who isn’t going to judge them. Clients need that safe space with that support. They need a place to be transparent and to be able to discuss things they aren’t ordinarily comfortable discussing. I take a very humanistic approach to psychotherapy, helping the client to gain the self-awareness needed to free themselves from debilitating thoughts, assumptions and negative self-talk, so they can lead happier, more fulfilling lives.
