My practice is patient-centered and patient-driven. Together we can work towards self-discovery and overall better quality of life through identifying triggers, self-insight work, self-awareness, healthy coping mechanisms, and client-driven objectives. I am passionate about the therapeutic process and I am passionate about guiding you to help you find your voice through a therapeutic process of growth and self-discovery.
