I have been in the mental health field for over 13+ years. I've worked in a variety of settings with a vast array of individuals and couples. Throughout my life, I have been told that I am a "good listener"; I will sit with you and listen to what you want to be heard. I love mental wellness; it is a lifelong practice and journey. I am here to provide empathy and understanding. I want to hear what you have to say. I want you to be comfortable talking with me, not worrying about judgment or embarrassment.
