Life can be difficult and my goal is to help people with these difficult life situations. Sometimes it can be relationships, parenting, nervousness, depression, or help overcoming a past trauma. I am certified in Sand tray therapy to help process any of these life difficulties, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy to assist with past traumas, and Triple P which is the positive parenting program to assist parents with many issues from sleeping issues in infants to ADHD in elementary school. I also have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy.
