Welcome! My name is Vanessa Pane, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have over 10 years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, teens, adults, and first responders. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, parenting, relationship issues, life transitions, and infertility. Some of the treatment approaches that I utilize with my clients are cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
