As a Clinical Psychologist, I provide a safe and warm environment where my clients can explore areas of their lives that cause distress. I help clients to uncover their strengths and enhance their potential to heal. The process of cultivating self-awareness, exploring oneself and their relationship world, unpacking deep feelings, processing trauma, coping techniques, create change. When clients are listened to with compassion and sensitivity in a safe space, enormous transformation becomes possible. I also offer many adjunct holistic techniques such as reiki and meditation, if desired. I witnessed beautiful growth over the years.
