Vanessa Nettelhorst Knight is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who earned her Master of the Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. She has experience working with a variety of ages, from small children up to teens, transitional-age youth, adults, and parents. Vanessa has worked with individuals and families who are struggling with Trauma, depression, anxiety, transitional stress, and grief. She pulls from different modalities as appropriate, including DBT, TF-CBT, ACT, and CBT, and works with each person as an individual and part of a family and community.
