Being a young person today is complex. Between school or work pressures, relationships, family dynamics, and the constant noise of the digital world, life can feel overwhelming. I work with adolescents, teens, and young adults, offering a supportive space during periods of transition and uncertainty where clients feel heard and understood. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to support growth, resilience, healthier patterns, and a stronger sense of self, with the goal of helping clients build more fulfilling and aligned lives.
