You can’t outthink your own anxiety—but you can learn how to work with it. Many men and high achievers try to manage anxiety the same way they manage everything else: by analyzing it, pushing through it, or trying to control it. The problem is that overthinking, white-knuckling, and “powering through” often make anxiety louder, not quieter. We'll work on practical tools that help you create real change. This isn’t talk therapy for the sake of talking—this is structured work designed to help you function better, improve relationships, and grow. You’ll be challenged to identify patterns, practice new skills, and show up consistently, even when it’s uncomfortable. This work isn’t passive—and it isn’t easy.
