I have over 30 years of experience working with a broad spectrum of adult clients. Among my areas of expertise are anxiety and depression, life transitions, grief and loss and stress management. My approach is to provide support and appropriate feedback to help clients resolve current problems, long-standing patterns and use effective coping skills. I incorporate a blend of conventional and alternatives approaches, drawing upon a variety of styles and techniques that will be helpful for each client. With sensitivity and compassion, I work to help clients identify their strengths and work towards achieving the goals identified in counseling.
