When a child you care about is struggling, it can feel overwhelming. Young children express their difficult emotions and stress differently than adults. My specialty is communicating with children and collaborating with their caregivers to promote healthy functioning and wellbeing for everyone involved. In my office, you will find a safe, non-judgmental environment. I treat each child as a unique person that is part of a unique whole. I believe there is no "one size fits all" approach. I work closely with caregivers to develop individualized strategies, make changes and accomplish goals that are the right fit for the situation.
