Hello y Bienvenida! I’m a first-gen, bilingual Latina therapist and a Momma, and I see you. You’re carrying so much—your past, your culture, your family, & the beautiful chaos of motherhood. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, questioning your parenting, or struggling with old wounds, I’m here to help you heal, grow, and step into the mom you want to be. If you grew up with emotionally immature parents or experienced childhood abuse—especially sexual abuse—you may struggle with guilt, or self-doubt in motherhood. I also work with women, whether moms or not, who are ready to heal, break generational cycles, to reclaim their lives.
