Hi there! I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor based in central Florida. I received Masters degrees from the University of the Cumberlands in Kentucky and have over ten years experience working in Mental Health with a background in inpatient Mental Health and addictions and five years practicing therapy. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults and believe in empowering clients as we work together to discover ways to work through some of life’s challenges to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. Our first session is an opportunity to introduce ourselves and discuss the specific challenges you’re facing so we can create a plan to work through in our subsequent sessions as we work toward meeting your goal(s).
