It is possible that you are being weighed down with constant stress revolving around school, family, or work. Life can get messy and bring even the strongest of people down sometimes. We all need someone who will listen, be non-judgemental and encourage us when we are at our most vulnerable state. This is what therapy is all about. Therapy is a safe place where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without being judged. You will learn healthy ways to cope with your struggles. I enjoy working side by side and supporting adults who are struggling with self-esteem, stress, anger, anxiety or depression. I believe it is important to build healthy relationships through learning appropriate communication and social skills.
