I am an RN—and a certified Level 3 IFS Practitioner. I am also a graduate of IFSCA in IFS. In addition, I am a certified Grief Recovery Method Grief Specialist. Services I offer are professional, but warm and loving. In session, I strive to help you reach your goals by becoming acquainted with your Inner Thoughts…allowing you to understand the parts of you which affect feelings and emotions. My years of nursing experience help with understanding the body’s physical workings which affect responses, behaviors, and life choices you make, i.e., emotional / mental struggles and physical manifestations.
