I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with a BSW from the University of Saint Joseph and an MSW from Fordham University. I bring a creative, compassionate, and down-to-earth approach to therapy, drawing from both evidence-based and expressive interventions. My clinical training and professional experience include CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, play therapy, and music therapy—allowing me to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.
