I facilitate meaning-making, change and healing with individuals and partners. I have lived and professional experience working with creatives, immigrants, survivors of violence, and individuals in the QTBIPOC community. I work with clients who are: learning about how their attachment patterns have shaped their relationship to the self and others; moving through life or relationship transitions; exploring relationships to body and/or to sex; practicing boundary-setting skills; hoping to process relational trauma or conflicts; and/or want to develop more capacity for joy and connection, among other topics.
