I have an optimistic perspective in life. I am non-judgmental, caring, authentic and always present in interactions. I believe that we cannot control everything however what we can control is our reaction to events. I have worked with clients that are needing support to reach goals, gain confidence, self-esteem and are wanting to have better understanding of their strengths. I believe in the field and view clients from a humanistic frame. My thought process is everyone is doing their best and I am helpful in aiding clients to put things in perspective.
