In-person Monday & Tuesday. Wednesday Telehealth! Every client has their own story. Reaching out is usually the hardest step. I help clients navigate low self-esteem, low confidence, and negative limiting core beliefs to align with the highest version of themselves. I help guide you in learning coping skills, life skills, assertive communication, and boundary setting. I believe in meeting clients where they are at and embracing a collaborative approach of allowing you to be an expert on your own life.
