I provide individual, couples, and group therapy utilizing various therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of each client. I work with both children and adults offering a compassionate and empathetic approach. In sessions, I collaboratively work with every client to help meet or exceed expected therapeutic goals and objectives. In individual therapy, I offer a unique therapeutic approach based on the needs of the client. I work with a variety of issues, including: various forms of trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic illnesses, domestic violence, anger management, substance abuse, dual diagnoses and so much more. In couples counseling, I work with clients to overcome infidelity, build effective communication, to improve marital concord, better conflict resolution, and to develop problem solving skills. Collaboratively, the goal is relationship restoration and improvement in overall functioning.
