I am a Diné (Navajo) woman who has lived on & off the Navajo Nation. The complexity of life can be challenging and intriguing. Our natural tendencies to reach out to others for support is the foundation of healing. It is through this channel that one can gain insight, awareness and support to navigate life’s challenges. I incorporate both Indigenous & Western theoretical orientations to best serve our community. I strive to create a safe space for others to share their story and find strength in their experience through feeling safe, empowered and in alignment with one's values.
