Welcome. I have been working in the field of psychology 30 plus years. I enjoy working with all ages and stages, including some family and couples work. I have extra experience with substance abuse as well. My education includes a master and specialist degree in counseling and a master in natural health. I have certification in RET, NLP and hypnotherapy. I believe in therapy that includes well rounded goals to include health, lifestyle, relationship communication, esteem, medication assessment and tools to manage the external and internal challenges life presents.
