I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and I specialize in pregnancy and postpartum clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I also enjoy working with adults in the context of individual therapy and family therapy as well as LGBTQIA clients interested in support around gender affirming care. I have a certification and specialize in Art Therapy and incorporate that into my work with clients. I am also trained as a labor and postpartum doula and am trained with Postpartum Support International (PSI) in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders.
