Psychoanalysis has been a lifetime passion and dedication in my understanding of our journey in our lives. I believe psychoanalysis gives us space to think, understand, and be able to tolerate what seems to be unbearable, frustrating, and hopeless as well as relief from interpersonal difficulties or obstacles to achieving professional and personal goals. Creating a safe, trusted, and nonjudgmental atmosphere helps talk freely about thoughts, feelings, memories, hopes, and wishes. Gradually one acquires a deeper awareness and understanding of repeating patterns and develops new ways of thinking.
