So many parts of you have been working hard for so long. Together, we can begin working towards experiencing yourself and your relationships as life-giving and authentic instead of draining. You deserve this. I primarily work with individuals who are ready for change and couples who are looking to complete premarital therapy. I commonly treat issues related to anxiety, identity work (who am I and how do I live authentically), family conflict, trauma, depression, stress, grief, and shame.
