I specialize in working with people who are noticing how the negative events and memories of the past are affecting their present lives. This may present as addictions, relational strain, anxiety, stress, or depression. Together we will explore these past events in order for you to write a new story decreasing the intensity of emotions attached to those incidents. I connect with those who identify as Third Culture Children or Cross Cultural Individuals. I strongly empathize with those who identify with multiple cultural aspects. I find that developing your identity while processing through all the layers of life can be challenging.
