Veris Hawkins-Smith is a Psychotherapist who has been practicing since 2019. She graduated from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, IL with a MSEd in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Veris believes in a Behavioral Approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Therapy. Veris believes life is a journey full of obstacles that impact one's well-being, however any challenge can be overcome with the correct tools.
