I bring a unique blend of scientific rigor and compassionate care to everything I do. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry with a focus in Pre-Med from the University of South Florida, where I cultivated a deep understanding of human biology and the sciences. Driven by a growing passion for mental wellness, I went on to receive my Master’s degree in Counseling from National Louis University, graduating with highest honors and maintaining a 4.0 GPA. Beyond my academic and professional endeavors, I am a proud mother of two, and find balance in SCUBA diving, gardening, and creating lasting memories with my family. I am committed to creating a safe, respectful, and empowering space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. Through compassionate presence, cultural humility, and evidence-based practices, I aim to build authentic, trusting relationships that foster healing and self-discovery. I strive to walk alongside each individual, supporting meaningful change.
