I am an EMDRIA Consultant and Certified therapist and utilize this for people who struggle with PTSD and trauma. I have a particular interest in working with Women's issues, life transitions and resiliency. A main focus is on our ability to overcome our life events and lived life future forward in a more resilient fashion.
