I work primarily with adults and young adults affected by trauma, anxiety and depression. I also love working with creatives of all varieties, the neurodivergent community, and anyone interested in exploring their connection with their body through the lenses of Polyvagal Theory and Somatic Experiencing. Though I offer coping techniques and psychoeducation, I believe that you are the best authority on your life, and will defer to you as the driving influence during our sessions.
