With over 35 years of clinical experience, I welcome the opportunity to work with clients (pre-teens, adolescents & adults) who struggle with self-confidence, low mood, anxiety, communication, social isolation, focusing/organizing, family conflicts and/or relationship issues. Coping mechanisms for high levels of stress, low mood, frustration tolerance, attention difficulties and interpersonal relating challenges will be explored. For those clients struggling to maintain appropriate boundaries in relationships, feeling disconnected, and finding it challenging to assert themselves, Social Emotional Support Groups are also offered.
