Welcome! I’m passionate about helping adults, teens, and children find calm, confidence, and connection in their everyday lives. As a Licensed Social Worker, I believe every client brings their own strengths, resilience, and potential for growth to the therapy space. My work integrates CBT, person-centered, and strengths-based approaches, along with play therapy techniques when working with children. I strive to create a supportive and judgment-free environment where clients can safely express themselves and develop greater self-awareness.
