My intention as a therapist is to create a reflective space and to bring you clarity and support. We will explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and together we will consider whether they are working for you. We will expand your awareness of your personal processes and protective patterns, both internally and in relationships and how these play out in your mind and body. With this deeper understanding of your self, we will shift perspective and create more opportunity for choice. My role is to facilitate the removal of barriers that prevent connection to your self and others through a systemic and interpersonal approach.
