When we meet our inner world with openness instead of judgment, we create space for healing, growth, and clearer, more confident responses to life. I am trained in IFS Level 2 and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I have over 20 years experience with helping adults find healing with depression and anxiety, sexuality issues, interpersonal relationships, sexual and gender identity, trauma, grief, resiliency and living with uncertainty and change. I help people move from constriction to expansion, from immobilization to action, and from feeling inadequate to empowerment.
