Hi, and welcome to my page. This means that you have chosen to change directions in your life, whether due to a traumatic event or life transition or that you feel you are surviving but not thriving. I am committed to supporting your journey towards healing and becoming a healthier, happier version of yourself. I have over thirty years as a school counselor and over fifteen years as a licensed clinical therapist working with children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in working with clients who are dealing with issues of depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, trauma, and intergenerational trauma.
