I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who enjoys working with individuals (18+) who are eager to embrace the opportunity for a lighter, more joyful and connected life. As a wife, raising two children, and navigating life with aging parents, I love supporting women and couples through the many stages of life and parenting. Many of my clients find their way to me in the midst of feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, stressed out, navigating a new life transition, struggling with parenting, feeling stuck and unsure of themselves, or just wanting to slow down and reconnect with themselves.
