You may feel lost, hurt, angry, or stuck in patterns that keep repeating—in relationships, work, or within yourself. Maybe you sense there’s more to who you are and how life could feel, but you’re not sure how to get there. I work with womxn, minority groups, trauma survivors, and men who are willing to go deeper emotionally. Many of my clients see therapy as a personal journey—I specialize in supporting them to recover from trauma, understand themselves more fully, and feel empowered in their lives. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and deeply individualized. I work exclusively via telehealth with clients in Colorado.
