I am a bilingual (Spanish) licensed psychotherapist who specializes in working with adolescents, young adults, and parents. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them understand the root of their symptoms and distress so they can move forward in building the life and relationships they envision for themselves. Incorporating psycho-dynamic, relational framework as well as CBT and third-wave CBT, Acceptance Commitment Therapy. I work to help individuals develop skills to navigate distressing experiences, feelings and internal states, for the purpose of cultivating a life aligned with their values.
