At TheraPeak Wellness, I am proud to serve a diverse population of children (ages 5+), adolescents, individuals, & families. Through a trauma-informed approach, I aim to foster a safe, healing environment for clients to share their story & reach their goals. I am a licensed psychotherapist with 8+ years’ experience helping individuals & families achieve their optimal mental, emotional, & behavioral health. I specialize in treating symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, work/school stress, low self-esteem, and many other uncomfortable emotions. I utilize a range of evidence-based modalities to best serve each client’s individual needs: Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, as well as EMDR/Play/Art techniques. Additionally, I further support clients through connection to community resources & developing behavior support plans.
