English | español Dr. Regueiro enjoys working with children, adolescents, and transitional age youth struggling with anxiety, depression, and adjustment to new situations. While symptom relief is an important goal for those entering therapy, Dr. Regueiro believes that therapy can offer more - not just the opportunity to stop being sad, or stop being worried, but the opportunity to thrive and create lives that are meaningful, peaceful, and joyful. Symptom relief is the starting point, not the end of the journey. Dr. Regueiro's areas of expertise include working with patients who have been diagnosed with acute, chronic, and/or life-threatening medical conditions. She approaches her work from a holistic, patient-centered perspective, focusing on interventions that can improve symptoms as well as lifestyle changes that support overall wellness.
