I am a licensed professional counselor trained in evidence-based practices of TF-CBT and DBT with a heart for individuals facing chronic illnesses, transitions, and grief. I may borrow techniques from other counseling modalities to tailor my care for my client's needs and goals- from managing anxiety, depression, bipolar, addiction, and other diagnosis to relationship strain, self esteem, and stress management. With a Masters in counseling education and speciality of CMHC from Georgia Southern University as well as a background of living internationally, I work with all ages, races, and cultures.
