In therapy, we look to grow, and we seek help with real-life problems. I enjoy working with both this “growth” therapy as well as with those seeking relief. I enjoy helping clients who struggle with unhappiness, anxiety, or loneliness. I work with new parents who struggle with the challenge of having a child and/or being working parents. I have a strong commitment to serving women who are finding their voice, to the LBGTQ+ community and minorities. I am also well-versed with clients who are on the Autism Spectrum. I enjoy creating a safe place to talk for women and those who feel excluded.
