I believe that people has the power to heal and find peace within themselves, either if they have to overcome life-challenging situations or to learn to live through them. I have a psychoanalytic and cognitive training which helps me to provide goal-oriented service, in a warm and confidential relationship. I am bilingual (Spanish- English) and certified EMDR therapist. EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, a type of therapy aim to help people overcome trauma and anxiety related disorders among others.
