I am a bilingual therapist (English-Spanish) who works with adolescents (12 and up), young adults, and adults. My office is a light-filled room in a professional building, walking distance from the Bethesda metro stop. The individuals I help come to me with a wide range of issues, including life transitions, relationship problems, anxiety, identity formation, low self-esteem, parenting challenges, grief, trauma, and depression. My core approach is psychodynamic therapy, and I incorporate some behavioral ideas. View 4 Photos I will help you examine the parts that are outside of your awareness to help you bring them to light. I will collaborate with you to help you identify coping strategies that work for you and the ones that do not. My style is accepting, curious, and supportive. I meet my clients where they are and I keep in mind where they want to go.
