I am a bilingual and bicultural therapist who works with couples, families, and children. My goal is to provide each of my clients with the emotional skills and understanding necessary to thrive and heal. I am convinced that we do not need to live as captives to our trauma or our past, but can grow and become stronger and healthier than ever before. I take a client-centered approach. I listen with empathy and provide a safe space and relationship where we can work together to understand each person's particular situation and goals. As we gain understanding, I provide tools and support to enable my clients to thrive.
