I work towards building trust with clients. My practice focuses on helping those who struggle with managing stress, anxiety, sleep difficulties, and women's issues. People tell me often that i have a calm presence. I do enjoy providing realistic skills, people enjoy practicality and need immediate relief from distress at times. Why wouldn't i teach my clients to find relief from the overwhelming stress. In our first session together, we will get to know each other, i will learn a lot about you. Hopefully you learn something about yourself you didn't know before. Together we will figure out some realistic goals, where you hope to be in the future, and strategize a plan on how to get there.
